My Car
I bought this car in April 2001 with 63000 miles. Since then I have replaced--
Air filter with a K&N--October '02
Clutch--March '02--which was only replaced because my extended warranty covered the rear main seal & I only had to pay for the clutch parts
Clutch master & slave cylinders--August '01--slave cylinder went out so I had both done
Tires--December '01
Rear main seal--March '02
Front cover gasket--March '02
Water pump--March '02--wasn't bad, but warranty included this in the timing chain job
Thermostat--March '02--wasn't bad, but warranty included this in the timing chain job
Battery--September '02
Valve cover gasket--March '02--wasn't bad, but had to be re-done in the timing chain job
Timing chains and guides--March '02--which were only replaced because my extended warranty covered this when I had the front cover gasket replaced due to an oil leak.
Front and Rear Brakes--February '03
Now, February, with 87000 miles, this car runs wonderful! This car is so much fun to drive and it gets great gas mileage! I also love the fact that the 5-speed is so rare in the S14's (95-98 240SX).
